Call for papers

The First International Language Assessment Conference in Armenia ( ILACA ) will be addressing some of the fundamental issues of language assessment and testing in Armenia and regional countries. Key international figures in the field will present plenary talks and conduct workshops on the development, implementation and validation of communicative and task based language assessment.

We are inviting abstracts for 30-minute presentations, 2-hour workshops, and 20-minute poster sessions on theoretical, practical, developmental, and analytical aspects of language assessment .

Abstract Submission:

•  Abstracts should be submitted electronically in Word format files.

•  The deadline for abstract submission is May 30, 2009.

•  The language of the conference is English .

•  Abstracts may not be longer than 250 words .

•  The acceptance/rejection of the abstracts will be announced by June 15, 2009.

•  All the complete papers accepted by the Conference Secretariat will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
