Description
BITC is a system of training sessions meant for fast and easy learning to enable students to identify birds by their appearance.
The BITC consists of 29 lessons and 3 tests. Every lesson teaches students how to identify 3 to 7 species of birds or groups of birds. Each lesson consists of two parts. The first part is descriptive; people learn the important features of the species that help in identification. The second part is practical; students must identify birds by photos and write their names on quiz sheets. The duration of each lesson is 1 hour from Sep 18 to May30 meet once per week
Three times per course students go on field trips to Sevan Lake, Lori marz and Aragats Mountain to identify birds in the wild.
Finally students pass through the Final Test when they have to identify more than 100 species shown in 120 slides.
At the end of the course students who passed the Final Test get Certificates
