I am a second year student of the AUA
Law Department. I graduated from Yerevan State University
law faculty. I am pleased to state that AUA has changed
my perception of education. After entering this university
I was exposed to a lot of things that are missing in
the Armenian educational system e.g. analytical skills.
Also, AUA opened for me a lot of doors in the job market
as it is a highly ranked university in Armenia . Moreover,
the new Paramaz Avedisian building is a very good initiative.
AUA is ready to assist their students and this building
I am sure will do a lot to make studies at AUA more comfortable,
useful and pleasant.
Lilit Badalyan, Class
of 2008
AUA has changed my world outlook because it has filled
in many gaps in my education. I am really happy to study
at AUA; moreover I am proud, because this is the only university
in Transcaucasia , and maybe in all post soviet countries,
which forces students to think for themselves and to believe
in their own potential. The new building speaks to the
greatness of AUA. A great university must have a great
form, and now we are ready for having a great building.
My university is AUA, what is yours?
Khachik Harutyunyan, Class of 2008
"AUA
was a crucial point in my professional life; it was a good
start and every day spent in my workplace comes to prove
that fact."
Tamara Barbakadze, AUA Law, 2007.
"Although I feel the impact
of my AUA education whenever I use my professional skills,
the quality and strength of that education was confirmed
when I took part in a law course abroad and the foreign law
professors, not related to AUA or Armenia, made statements
about the high level of professional skills held by the AUA
graduates participating in their program.
"Currently, I feel that whenever and wherever I study or
work on legal issues, I will have the self-confidence (justified
and tested in practice) to perform. There is no fear of being
in a foreign legal environment, or of not being understood,
perhaps because the knowledge and skills that we have acquired at AUA Law seem
to have universal acceptance and usage.
Arman Zrvandyan, AUA Law, 2007.
I am satisfied with the decision that I took in 2005-that was becoming
AUA Law student, as now I feel that I have the capability to be a competitive
professional, moreover I have number of transferable skills, which give me an
opportunity to coordinate projects in various fields with proficiency.
