The College of Engineering of the American University of Armenia provides special support in administering and coordinating services for international students in our programs. The college seeks to provide high quality programs and services that enable students to acquire skills for promoting their borderless careers and to develop an enriched awareness of the global environment. Currently, the college works directly with international faculty for teaching. The college seeks to be a catalyst to help AUA become a leading international university, with its education, research, and service mission reflecting the benefits of co-operation among nations and peoples, especially from neighbouring locations.

AUA provides an American style of education with a student-centered style of teaching that creates in students an enriched awareness of themselves. Classroom instruction is done in the English language. AUA hosts visiting professors from the USA, as well as from UK, India, Hong Kong, and other countries. A multi-cultural education environment in the university assists students in understanding the global environment before entering into it after graduation from the university. Useful links with industry and international faculty members may be established during studies at the course/masters project level.

AUA is accredited by the Accrediting Comission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the Western Association of School and Colleges, USA.
