35 single rooms in Best Western Congress Hotel, 20 single rooms in Ararat Hotel and 2 single rooms in Bass Hotel have been reserved for the participants from AMICAL member institutions at the price of 85 USD for each night. Price includes breakfast, wireless internet, etc. (for more information please visit the websites.)

The grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation will cover the accommodation cost of all participants from AMICAL member institutions for 5 nights from May 20 – 25. Any extra night should be paid by the conference participant, directly to the hotel.

The Best Western Congress Hotel and Ararat Hotel are located at a short walking distance to each other (200 m.) and within walking distance to the city center. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel according to the schedule.

Hotel reservations for both grant funded and non-grant funded participants should be made through the local Organizing Committee.
