The AUA Alumni Association Board tries hard to develop innovative programs and offer services beneficial to the alumni and the whole AUA community.  Currently we are considering a service that we are very excited about - it is going to be an unprecedented initiative in Armenia . But in order to be successful, this initiative requires participation of a large number of AUA alumni.

To find out whether you would be interested in using such a service, we are conducting this brief e-mail survey. 

Here are the details of the proposed AUA Alumni Discount Club, which has two major components:

1) Discount Club

• A group of companies (shops, travel agencies, apparel stores, hotels, etc.) will provide special offers and discounts for the Club member alumni.
• Additional opportunities for networking will be created through making purchases or enjoying time at the same places.

2) AUA VISA Classic Affinity Card (the form of payment)

• A special bank card (see the attached draft image) is designed for the AUA alumni and other members of the Club with 50% discount on the annual service fee and other attractive special conditions on the overdraft percentage, deposit rate, credit line, and loans.
• The bank card will serve as an ID card (with the cardholder's photo) for the Discount Club.
• The bank card will allow you to make internet-based electronic payments (, including payments for standardized test fees (TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, etc.).
• The cards will have an exclusive design available only to AUA alumni, faculty, staff and students, thus serving as a means to promote our common and proud identity.

The sponsoring bank and discount stores and service members will transfer a tiny percentage from each transaction to the AUA Alumni Association special account as donations, allowing the Association to initiate and implement new programs and activities.

In order to launch the program, we need to know whether this proposal is of interest to you.
